  2. 2Verify your qualifying income is within limits ($162,500 max).
  3. 3Check your credit score (minimum 680 required — higher than FHA).
  4. 4Get pre-approved for conventional financing.
  5. 5Find a home within purchase limits.
  6. 6Lender submits loan through Freddie Mac LPA system.
  7. 7Potentially LOWER monthly payments than FHA due to reduced MI!
  8. 8Can combine with UHC DPA Second Mortgage for additional assistance.
