HIDDEN GEM: 2% pricing incentive (up to $4,500) for homes in designated CRA areas of Ogden, Salt Lake City, or Provo. NO INCOME LIMITS. Repeat buyers welcome. Results in lower interest rates and/or reduced fees. Must purchase in yellow-highlighted areas on the eligibility map. Can be STACKED with other DPA programs!
