What This Program Offers

Up to 1% pricing incentive (max $4,500) for homes in designated CRA areas across Utah.

• Results in lower interest rates and/or reduced fees.
• Property must be in a purple-shaded CRA area on the HomeStory eligibility map.
• Can be STACKED with UHC and local DPA programs!

How to Apply

   Search on the HomeStory map (link below) with CLP filtering enabled.

   Look for PURPLE-SHADED CRA areas on the map.

   Select listings within those purple areas.
