UNIQUE PROGRAM: Ogden City builds/renovates affordable homes and sells them WITH financing assistance. Up to $50,000 city carry-back second mortgage (1% min interest, 30-year term) + up to $3,000 closing cost assistance. Occupancy required: 5 years (<$15K), 10 years ($15K-$40K), or 15 years (>$40K). Can combine with Own in Ogden for additional $10K!
