What This Program Offers
Borrow up to 6% of first mortgage loan (max $27,500) for down payment and closing costs.
- 30-year fixed rate, 1% higher than first mortgage (max 8%).
- Monthly payment required.
- Must be combined with UHC first mortgage (FirstHome, FHA/VA, or HFA Advantage).
- Can stack with local city/county DPA when the local program agrees to third lien position (UHC 2nd, local DPA 3rd).
