  2. 2Verify your qualifying income is within limits ($162,500 max).
  3. 3Check your credit score (minimum 620 required for FHA/VA).
  4. 4Get pre-approved for FHA or VA financing.
  5. 5Find a home (no purchase price limit — can be 1-2 unit property).
  6. 6Lender submits your application through UHC PowerLender system.
  7. 7Open to first-time AND repeat buyers!
  8. 8Can combine with UHC DPA Second Mortgage for additional assistance.
