Davis County Homeownership Program

Up to $50,000 as a deferred loan with 1% interest compounded annually. NO MONTHLY PAYMENTS. Full amount + interest repaid when home is sold, refinanced, or ceases to be primary residence. Can be used for principal reduction, rate buydown (max $10K), down payment (50%), and/or closing costs. Can stack with State DPA for up to $70K combined! Max purchase price $500K.
